On Wednesday, March 2, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Bettye J. Cowell; father of Richard Myron (Francene) Cowell, Wendy L. (Jason) Smiley; grandfather of Hunter and Mason Cowell, and Nicole and Cody Smiley; brother of Albert Myron Cowell. Relatives and friends may call at Inter-Faith Chapel, 3680 South Leisure World Blvd., Silver Spring, MD, Saturday, March 5, from 9 to 10 a.m., where Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
