Dear Family,
Please know that we loved working with Rita; she was “the Mapping Department” before gps and computer mapping. No one ever beat her in to work at Westat. You could count on Rita being there with a “Good Morning” to greet you at sunrise or before, every day, like clockwork. She dearly loved her family thru it all. My deepest condolences to you with prayers. Betty
