On Thursday, April 14, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Mary C. Neff; father of Donna Marie Neff, Paul Gerard Neff, John Andrew (Debbie) Neff; grandfather of Katlyn Neff. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. My deepest sympathy to the Neff family. My father, George Gerondakis, truly enjoyed playing tennis with all the guys, including Bob, at Connecticut Belair Swim Club. (He passed away in 2007). I have many, many fond memories of our summers spent at the pool. They were some of the best days of my childhood. May God comfort you during this difficult time. I know Bob will be truly missed.

Thoughts and memories from my lifetime growing up with a "family" relationship with Bobby. Woodland beach, Langley Park, C&P Telephone and Washington Football Officiating offered me endless memories of great family/life experiences with Bobby and his family.
