ROSE M. LEMERISE (Age 89)
On Monday, September 5, 2016, of Adelphi, MD. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. "Buddy" Lemerise, Sr.; mother of Mike and Lynn, Rosie and Mike Zack, Roy and Karen, Robert, Jr. and Terri; sister of Lou, Jr. and Ann. Also survived by five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Friday, September 9, from 12 to 1 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Please accept my condolences for your loss. For years I had the pleasure of knowing not only Rose but her husband Bud. Bud and I worked together at the Washington Daily News and again at the Wash. Post. I will try to make the service on Friday but if I can't be there please know my thoughts and prayers will be for Rose's family.

Rose was a very dear friend to me and my family for over 25 years. She graciously offered her wisdom, input and help whenever asked. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace. My condolences to her family during this difficult time.
