On Monday, March 31, 2014, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Peggy; father of Maria (Bobby) Briggs, Tom (Dorothy) Belcher, Mark (Danita) Belcher, and Gennie (Bob) Richardson. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. If Mr Belcher worked at MARAD then I remember him for his profsssional treatment of my mom "Mrs. P." He also introduced me to 3 summer job opportunities in my college years. This experience led me to a future career with DoD.
