Virginia Carol Woodburn (Age 83)
On Saturday, June 18, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Joseph "Toodles" for 65 loving years. Virginia is also survived by her four children, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, other relatives famil and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, 20901 (Valet Parking), Wednesday, June 22, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Graveside Service will be celebrated at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, 20906 on Thursday, June 23, at 10 a.m. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Was saddened to hear of the passing of an old friend and former neighbor, Ginger Woodburn. What a wonderful neighbor she and Joe were and I missed them when we relocated. Ginger was one of the nicest people you could know.l new her since l was 11 years old. alot of memories that l had with her always happy and smiling. And a die hard redskins fan.will always remember her redskins outfits she would were to the parties. R l p you will be missed.

My heart goes out to the Woodburn family. I had the pleasure of being their neighbor back in the 60's and Jodi was my childhood friend. Ms Ginger was a awesome lady!! Your family is in my thoughts & prayers!!
