I just received word of Jackie's passing and want to convey my condolences to her family. Though Jackie and I never met in person, I have dealt with her in a professional manner with her employment at ITD. She was always very helpful and kind. I will truly miss her.

I can't even begin to put into words how much Jackie meant to me. And, I'm sure, I didn't tell her. She wasn't only my sister-in-law, but my friend. She could always make me laugh and was so good at giving a hard time. But, she could also take one being given to her. I often thought that our family didn't know quite what to do when the two of us were together! I'm going to miss her very much.
Keith and Krista we love you both so much.

Nancy and I were deeply saddened by Jackie's death. We have had the pleasure of working with Jackie over the last 5 to 6 years. Every time we spoke with her, we would tease each other and always had a good laugh. She was a gem and we will miss her and the laughter we shared.

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie at the Office of Group Insurance and then met up with her again here at ITD. I always loved her personality in that she was always happy and so bubbly. I know when we were at Group Insurance there were many times if it hadn't been for her teasing and caring attitude I would have gone nuts. I will always remember her for that. Please know that my thoughts are with both Keith and Krista and her other many family members.

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie over the last several years. She was not only my co-worker, but my friend. She was always there for me, during the good times and bad, always willing to listen and encourage. I am going to miss having her blow bubbles in my cubicle on bad days, and even more, her smiling face and quirky comments. Jackie was a very special lady and is going to be missed very much by all of her friends at I.T.D., and she had many. To Keith, Krista, and the rest of Jackie's family, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Keith & Krista,
I was so shocked to hear about Jackie. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I loved working with Jackie at ITD until I left in Dec 2006. She was always so much fun and I'll miss her very much and yes her laugh was contagious - we had a lot fun many times.
She was very special and a good friend and was ALWAYS so nice and very helpful at work.
Keep your memories close to your heart always and may you have strength at this time.

Aunt Jackie it is so hard not having you around to make us laugh and smile. But as hard as it is you blessed us all with great memories; like the time I was little and you fed me too much chocolate and I got sick in your bed or the more recent one of us going scrapbooking and laughing hysterically driving home in a big rain storm. You were such a great Aunt, mother, wife, sister, and daughter that it makes it so hard for all of us to let you go, but he needs you more then we do I guess. So take your wings and your beautiful personality and help those that need you, just know we will never forget you and you are loved by all of us so much. Best wishes to all of my family and to all of my Aunt Jackies "many" wonderful friends. R.I.P. I Love You! Treenie, Chad, Lexxus, and Arianna

Jackie was a co-worker, a colleague and a friend. She was always happy to offer a funny anecdote or a smart comment when necessary. About 5 years ago I was giving Jackie hell because I was having a bad day. The next morning she brought in a pair of red devil horns that light up. She asked me to wear them when I have a bad day so she knows what to expect. I use those horns all the time. I used them 2 weeks ago. They are still here in my office and even though nobody else gets the inside joke I will still wear them on my bad days. I could go on and on with stories about Jack. Working so closely for 8 years I am just realizing how much I took for granted. I miss you Jackie. God Speed.
