My name is Dennis Klocke, I was Donnie's Basketball Coach in Special Olympics. I am sorry for our loss, however, he was quite a inspiration to me. He made me smile when I wanted to cry, there is no question he had a love in his heart that we all strive to have.....When I leave this world he will be one of those folks that I will be glad to see again.....My prayers are with you.......Definitely a blessing to my live....Dennis Klocke, Ephrata, Wa.

Thinking of the various times of seeing Donny, I remember the smiles and hugs. He seemed to enjoy the friendship of many. I know it is a great loss , but Donny had a good life and many many friends. May he rest in peace. I send Hugs to Sandy and Family

When I think of Donny his hugs, handshakes, laugh, and smile are my first thoughts. He was so welcoming and friendly. His love for his friends and of course his love of the dance floor also come to mind. Donny brought joy to a room with his smile and his presence. Thanks Donny for adding to my life.

I only Donald for a short time but I will definitely miss his smile, how much he cared about those around him and how no matter what was going on in his life, he seemed to always have a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He also cared so much for those around him from the Elmview staff to his roommates to his friends in the community. He will sincerely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, those at Elmview, and all of his friends.

I only knew DP for about 4 years, but what an impact he had on my life. He always had a smile, no matter what was going on. Was always ready for a hug and man could he cut a rug! I also had the joy of being one of the coaches for DP on the Special Olympics Swim Team and man did he love it. He was so proud of his medals! He will never know just how many lives he blessed and touched. Enjoy the big party in the sky DP! Can't wait to see you again!!!
