Dear family of Ralph Kessler:
Please accept my deepest sympathy and please know that Ralph was not only a real nice guy, but also one of the greatest musicians and composers that I have worked with.
He wrote me a beautiful trumpet concerto and also a great arrangement of movie themes for trumpet solo. We will miss him.

Dad, I loved and admired you so much, but had no idea how many others did the same. You left a legacy to your friends, fellow musicians, and most of all to your children. I love you. Ronny
