RONNIE WEEKS Obituary

Ronald "Ronnie" Eric Weeks Ronald "Ronnie" Eric Weeks, 67 of 918 Irisburg Road, Axton, VA died Wednesday January 23, 2013 at The Salem Virginia VA Hospital. He was born April 7, 1945 in Henry County to the late Katherine Stump Weeks and the late Roy Berkley Weeks. "Ronnie" was married to Sandra Ball Weeks of the residence. Mr. Weeks was of the Baptist Faith. He was an avid Golfer, was a member of the TeaParty, a member of the Brosville Booster Club and a former member of the Roanoke Chapter of the JC's. Mr. Weeks served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. In addition to his wife he is survived by one daughter; Cheri J. Moschler and husband Joey of Danville: one brother; Stephen Weeks of Roanoke, VA: one sister-in-law; Pat Weeks: one grandson; Jay Moschler and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by one daughter; Rhonda Weeks Tate and one brother; Wayne Berkley Weeks. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Norris Funeral Services, West End Chapel, 511 Church Ave. Danville, VA with the Rev. Greg Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park, Danville VA. American Legion Post 1097 Honor Guard will perform the Military Honors. The family will receive friends 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Norris Funeral Services West End Chapel and other times at the daughters "Cheri Moschler" home 3468 Vandola Road, Danville. Norris Funeral Services, Inc. and Crematory, West End Chapel, 511 Church Ave. Danville is serving the Weeks family. Online condolences may be made at www.norrisfuneral.com.
