Robert's Obituary

PADDOCK LAKE, WI – Robert Kim Paul, age 53 of Paddock Lake, Wisconsin and formerly of Charleston, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012.  Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, February 17, 2012 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Chapel in Charleston.  Services honoring and celebrating his life will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Funeral Chapel.  Interment will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Charleston.   It is requested that memorial gifts in his honor be made to Zilber Family Hospice.  Gifts may be left on the memorial table at the visitation or service, or mailed to Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Drive, Charleston, IL 61920. 

Robert was born on October 7, 1958 in Los Angeles, California a son of Robert T. and Norma Dean (Hill) Paul.  Robert is survived by Kandi Cassiday who has been the love of his life for the past twenty years and their son, Shawn Dale Paul of Paddock Lake; five additional children, Robert Paul, Michael Paul, James Paul, Tricia Paul and Joshua Paul; ten grandchildren; his mother, Norma Dean Hill; a sister, Debbie Ann Paul; and two brothers, Kevin McGee and Kerry McGee.  He was preceded in death by his father. 

Robert was previously employed with Lakeview Farms at their Wisconsin location.  He was an extremely private individual and preferred spending time with Kandi and Shawn.  Robert took great pride in the 1966 Volkswagen Beetle that he and Shawn enjoyed showing at various area car shows.  Robert's family and friends will hold dear their many fond memories and recollections of special times shared.Click here to view Robert's memorial tribute video.
