Our thoughts and prayers are with you Uncle Bill, Steve, Del, Louise and family. Mom and Aunt Ann used to joke that I was really Aunt Ann's daughter because we were so much alike - that was a big complement to me and I aspire to be the woman my aunt was. Hugs and prayers - Annie will be missed. Love, Kathy and Steve Broniecki

Ann was born on May 8, 1926 in Isabel, Kansas and was a daughter of Delano Ray and Nettie Mildred (Thompson) Bell. She met Bill Cloud while in college and they were married on August 31, 1947 in Isabel. For nearly sixty-five years they have shared a loving marriage and friendship. In addition to her husband, Ann is survived by their three children, Steve Cloud and wife Cathy of Martinsville, Illinois, Del Cloud and wife Sylvia Molina-Cloud of Katy, Texas and Louise Neal and husband Mark of Williamsville, Illinois; six grandchildren, Zachary Neal, Max Neal, Eric Cloud, Sophie Cloud, J.W. Cloud and Rose Cloud; her sister Jane Ford of Topeka, Kansas; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by a brother, Don Bell.
When living in Madison, Wisconsin, Ann was employed as a clerk at a drugstore owned by the governor of Wisconsin and one of her frequent customers was Frank Lloyd Wright. After moving to Charleston she worked part-time at Eastern Illinois University. She was a devoted member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Charleston and taught a Sunday School class for many years. She was a member of P.E.O. Chapter CF and served as President from 1968 to 1970. Ann was also a member of the Charleston Country Club where she was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing cards as a member of various social bridge clubs.
Ann enjoyed the beauty of the rose gardens she tenderly cared for as well as the many friendships which she cultivated and nurtured. Ann realized the blessing of a wonderful family and devoted her life to being a loving wife, a devoted and supportive mother and a doting grandmother. Her love and concern for others was an admirable quality and her warm and affectionate smile was always appreciated. Ann will truly be missed by her family and many friends but will always be fondly and lovingly remembered.Click here to view Ann's memorial video.
