Robert D. Warren

ASHMORE, IL – Robert Dale Warren, age 84 of Ashmore, passedaway on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at his home. There will be no visitation or services at this time and a privatefamily graveside and inurnment will be scheduled for a later date at the FairLawn Cemetery in Vandalia, Illinois.  Arrangementshave been entrusted to Adams Funeral Chapel in Charleston.  

Robert was born May 16, 1928 in Vandalia, Illinois.  He married Cora Ethel McDonald in 1949 andshe preceded him in death in 1988.  He issurvived by two daughters, Nancy Bouse of North Riverside, Illinois and BarbaraWarren of Ashmore; two stepsons, Herman (Helen) Porter of Assumption andHerbert Porter of Oreana; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  He was also preceded by a son, Johnie F.Warren. 

Robert was employed with Midstate Foundry for many years.
