Donna Loraine Paine, 64 of Morrisonville passed away on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 5:20 AM at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was born on April 29, 1949 at Taylorville the daughter of Arthur Thomas “Cotton” and Loraine Elizabeth (Williams) Paine Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents; Sister, Joyce Clements; Niece, Paula Clements; Nephew, Kevin Paine. Donna worked for the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, retiring in 2003. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and macramé. She was a 1967 graduate of Morrisonville High School. Survivors: Brothers, Arthur T. (wife, Renee) Paine Jr. of Morrisonville, IL and John R. (wife, Sandy) Paine of Taylorville, IL; Brother in law, Donald Clements of Morrisonville, IL; Many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Noon at Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville with Pastor Rodney Blomquist officiating. Burial will follow at Morrisonville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 10:30 AM until service time at the funeral home. Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville is in charge of arrangements.
