Zach, Shawn & Ruth, Albert and family, So sorry to hear about your Dad, Mike. He was a good hardworking man. No one could have done a better job with how beautiful the cemetery always looked. It was always a pleasure to spend a few minutes talking with. We will all miss him.

Michael's Obituary
Michael GoodellMorrisville-Michael Goodell, 58, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Copley Hospital. He was born September 15, 1956 in Morrisville, the son of Randsom W. Goodell, Jr. and Hilda G. Sheltra Goodell Boardman. He married Ruth Clark on May 23, 1975 in Morrisville.Mike was the caretaker at Pleasant View Cemetery since 1995. He took great pride in keeping the cemetery immaculate and his work was greatly appreciated by many. He loved snowmobiling and was a VAST member. He also enjoyed tinkering and working on small engines and could fix about anything.He is survived by his wife, Ruth; their children, Shawn Goodell and fiancé, Eliza of Hyde Park; and Zachary J. Goodell of Morrisville; grandchildren, Savannah and Hayden; his siblings and their spouses, Albert and Shayne Goodell; Randsom Goodell III; Richard and Eve Goodell; Darlene and Allen Brown; Linda Foster; Anita and Dennis Morin; Tammi and Mark Stockwell; Rita and David Patten; Brenda and Darrin Judkins; Dennis and Edith Boardman; Lori and Michael Dubie; and Tammy and Shaun Griffith. Mike is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He will also be sadly missed by his beloved dog, Diablo.He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Roger Wayne Whitcomb.Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church in Morrisville. Interment will be in the spring in Pleasant View Cemetery. Faith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
