Jeffrey's Obituary

Jeffrey L. Bingham, 53 of Taylorville passed away at 8:10 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur from injuries resulting from a single vehicle accident.He was born on April 8, 1961 at Pana the son of Robert A. and Cathleen (Williams) Bingham. He was preceded in death by his Father, Robert A. Bingham; Mother, Cathleen (Williams) McKinnon; Special uncle, Chuck Bingham; Brother in law, Randy France.Jeff was a 1980 graduate of Taylorville High School. He was a journeyman electrician and worked for many years in Texas and Illinois. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, camp and cook for family and friends. He always had a smile and great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.Survivors include: Daughters, Brittany Bingham of Arlington, TX and Brystal Bingham Miller of Williamsville, IL; 1 Grandson and 1 Granddaughter; Sisters, Terri France, Cynthia "Sis" Dunaway and Betty Cunningham all of Taylorville, IL; Brothers, Mike Bingham, Randy Bingham and Bobby Bingham all of Taylorville, IL; Many nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home in Taylorville with Pastor Becky Lembke officiating. Inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM on Saturday at Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home.Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home in Taylorville is in charge of arrangements.
