Alberta Erlene Rau, 77 of Panama passed away at 11:44 PM on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Hillsboro Area Hospital.She was born on October 22, 1937 at Sorento the daughter of Albert and Loretta (McGibany) Wall. She married Marvin O. Rau on March 2, 1957 at Sorento; he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her father, Daughter, Marlene K. Chambless and her brother, Garry E. Wall.Erlene previously worked for Moto Mirror of Houston, Texas as an assembler.Survivors include: 2 sons, Brian (companion, Kelly) Rau of Houston, TX and Todd (wife, Georgia) Rau of Walshville, IL; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; Mother, Loretta "Letty" Wall of Sorento, IL; 2 sisters, Charlene Perfetti and Maxine (husband, Jerry) Milanos both of Hillsboro, IL; Several nieces, nephews, cousins and 1 aunt.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento with Rev. Jim Ferrill officiating. Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00-7:00 PM at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento.Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento is in charge of arrangements.
