Ferrol Eleanor Beatty, 104 of Taylorville passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015 at her residence at Taylorville Estates.She was born on January 8, 1911 in Christian County the daughter of Roy Alma and Grace Armstrong (Schrantz) Robinson. She married Clarence Edwin Beatty on February 18, 1930 at Decatur; he preceded her in death on September 24, 1976 as did her parents and a brother, Doris E. Robinson in 2012.Ferrol was a homemaker. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Taylorville.Survivors include: Son, Cliff (wife, Diane) Beatty of Taylorville, IL; Grandchildren, Julia Beatty (Jeri Weaver) of Seattle, WA, Leigh Ann Beatty (Paul Rome) of Centerville, MN and David Beatty of Los Angeles, CA; 5 Great grandchildren; a niece, nephews, great nephews and extended family of step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.In accordance with her wishes cremation rites will be accorded. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Grove City Cemetery.Memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church, 200 South Walnut Street, Taylorville, IL 62568Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home in Taylorville is in charge of arrangements.
