Sandra Kay "Sandy" (Welzbacher) Tash, 55 of Tamms formerly of Sorento passed away at 2:50 PM on Friday, June 26, 2015 at her home.She was born on September 6, 1959 at East St. Louis the daughter of Paul and Ardell (Gillam) Welzbacher. She married James Tash on November 4, 2004 at Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Welzbacher; Son, Michael Paul Reidelberger; Nephews, Chad Hosto and Devin Cruthis.Sandy worked many positions through out her lifetime including, Uniform Seamstress for DeMoulin Brothers, Waitress at Sorento Café, Tax Preparer for H & R Block, Medical Administrative Assistant at Greenville Medical Associates, Party Planner for Younghouse Party Central and Healthcare Provider for DORS Healthcare. She attended Greenville High School and was a 10 year member of Elco Baptist Church, Elco, IL. Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends (especially her grandchildren), gardening and the outdoors, cross stitching and other crafts and blowing bubbles.She is survived by: Husband, James Tash of Tamms, IL; Daughters, Meagen (husband, Alex) Aubuschon of Sorento, IL and Megan Tash (companion, Ryan Chapman) of Anna, IL; Son, Dominic Tash of Fredricktown, MO; 4 Grandchildren, Jayden Markus, Logan Aubuschon, Nathanel and Clayton Tash; Mother, Ardell Welzbacher of Sorento, IL; Sisters, Pauline (husband, Dave) Hosto of Walshville, IL and Cynthia (husband, Barry) Johnson of Marine, IL; Brothers, Ron Welzbacher (companion, Diana) of Barnhart, MO, Randy Welzbacher, Roger Welzbacher and Ritchie Welzbacher (companion, Holly) all of Sorento, IL; Nieces and Nephews, Jennifer Hicks, Kayla Hosto, Dylan and Dalton Johnson, Morgan Welzbacher, Hannah and Mason Huber and Ahnna Roeske.A memorial service will be held at Noon on Monday, July 6, 2015 at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento. Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery, Sorento.
