Norma Jean Romer, 83 of Carlinville formerly of Litchfield passed away at 8:45 A.M. on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Heritage Health in Carlinville.She was born on October 31, 1931 at Sorento the daughter of George R. and Fern V. (Price) Chestnut. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Patsy Martin.She is survived by: Daughter, Lydia Wilson of Stonewall, OK; Son, Gary Mantor of Arkansas; 2 Brothers; 1 Sister; Several Nieces and Nephews.Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will take place at Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento at a later date.Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento is in charge of arrangements.
