Madeline J. Bonner, 89, of West Newton, died Saturday, July 9, 2016. She was born April 26, 1927 in Wilson and was the daughter of the late Wayne P. and Kathryn Uptegraph Shaw. She is survived by her daughter, Terry Lee (Dennis, Sr.) Gephart, of West Newton, sons, Robert L. (Colleen) and Phillip D. (Tracy) Bonner of Pittsburgh and Kenneth W. Bonner of Clairton, grandchildren, James, Alexis, Kellen (Sheena), and Madeline Bonner, Kieth Matesig and Justin (Melissa) Gephart, great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Troy and Brooke, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Cora Taylor, Edna Hughes and Donna Veronick, brothers, Wayne and James Shaw and special friend, Ed Gasdick. Friends are welcome Monday July 11 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412-751-5000) Drew J. Gilbert, Director.
