Sandy and Family:
I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing...Growing up in Mine Hill with Bob and the gang brings back many fond memories....It is sad to realize so many of the original Deacon's Hut gang have passed on....Keep Bob's memories close to your heart and our sincere condolences go out to you and your family. RIP my friend!

Robert's Obituary

Parsippany:  Robert “Bob” A. Turpack passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017 surrounded by his family at Morristown Medical Center after a courageous fight with cancer.  He was 69 years of age. 

Bob was born in Dover to the late Joseph and Helen Turpack and lived in Mine Hill before moving to the Mt. Tabor section of Parsippany in 1971.

Robert was a Vietnam Army Veteran.

Mr. Turpack was the owner/operator of his own custom carpentry business for many years.

He was a member of St. Mary’s R.C. Church in Denville.

Predeceased by his In-Laws, Joe and Elizabeth Gigantelli.

Survived by his wife Sandina of 47 years.

Two daughters:

                Leigh-Anne Sullivan and husband Brian of Warrington, PA.

                Kristina Mangus and husband Marc of Morristown.

Four Grandchildren:  Braeden, Kaitlin, Paige & Emily.

Brother, Joseph Turpack and wife Jackie of Wharton.

Brother-In-Law, David Gigantelli and wife Janet of Plainfield, NJ.

Sister-In-Law, Joanne Skyler and husband Ken of Dingmans Ferry, PA.

Also survived by nieces, Allison & Beth and nephews, Adam & Austin.

A memorial visitation will be held 4-8pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A memorial mass will be held Wednesday 10am at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 15 Myers Ave, Denville, NJ 07834.

Inurnment will follow at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, E. Hanover, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Robert to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Office of Development at P.O. Box 27106, NY, NY 10087 would be appreciated. Donations may be made out to “Memorial Sloan Kettering.” Please indicate the name of the honoree in the memo line of the check.
