CHARLESTON, IL – Kimberly Jane Wohltman, age 50 of Charleston, passed away while in the comfort of her home and the loving presence of her family on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. A Memorial Service honoring and celebrating her life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Zoar Primitive Baptist Church, 13479 NCR 150 E, Humboldt, Illinois. Thoughtful donations in her honor may be made to Zoar Primitive Baptist Church or Lincolnland Hospice and mailed in care of Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Dr., Charleston, IL 61920.
Kim was born July 1, 1967 in Coles County, Illinois. She married Matheu Wohltman on June 6, 1998 in Montrose, Illinois. In addition to Matheu, her loving husband of 19 years, she is survived by her parents, Dale and Evelyn (Janes) Hildebrand of Charleston; daughter, Natasha Bierman (Brandon) of Watson, Illinois; son, Robert Grant Montz (Jen) of Charleston; 5 grandchildren, Payton, Kimberlenn and Harlow Bierman and Memphis and Sawyer Montz; sister, Cindy McGrady of Charleston; two stepbrothers, Bob Hildebrand and wife Janie of Mattoon and Greg Hildebrand of Tennessee; and grandfather, Eugene Janes of Mattoon. She was preceded by a sister, Penny Summers and stepbrother, Steve Hildebrand.
Kim was a Charleston High School graduate and furthered her education at Lake Land College. She was employed by CCAR in Charleston and was a member of the Zoar Primitive Baptist Church.
Kim leaves many treasured memories as a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend.
