Not sure what to say?

Carl was a dear friend who was husband to my best friend, Nancy, since deceased also. He loved life. Our paths didn't cross as much of recent but to those close to Carl, sincere condolences.

Jane, I'm sorry for your loss. Was good to see you at our Class Reunion when you announced that you and Carl were getting married. So sad that you didn't have much time together. Of course, I grew up in the church with Carl and in the community. Praying for you and the Claypool family.

Mary Jane, I'm so terribly sad to hear of your loss. Carl was a very special man. Please know that you & Carl's family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am truly sorry for your loss Jane - words truly fail at a time such as this.

Our sincere condolences to Carl's family. I first me Carl when I was a boy and he cut my hair. I will always remember Carl as good guy and kind soul.

I am truly sorry for your loss Mary Jane and Family. I haven't any great words of comfort or wisdom to offer except that the grief you are having won't necessarily get better but as time goes on it will become different. Again my sincerest sympathy's. Richard Shanks
