Maurice, Angela, Sarah and Jacob, I'm so sorry for your loss. She was such a sweet, amazing person!! I'm so thankful that I was blessed with knowing her. She will be greatly missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you all peace, comfort, strength and understanding during this difficult time and the days ahead. With all my love and sympathy.

Dianna 's Obituary

Dianna S. Reidelberger, age 74, of DuQuoin, IL, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 7:20 p.m. in Memorial Hospital, Carbondale, IL.

Dianna was born on November 28, 1943 in West Frankfort, IL, a daughter to Arlie Ray and Norma Renee (Leathers) Taylor. On June 26, 1980, she married Maurice Reidelberger in Murphysboro, IL and he survives. Dianna was a caregiver for over 30 years. She attended Gospel Assembly Church, DuQuoin, IL. She was a member of the Marshall Browning Hospital Auxiliary, the American Legion, and Phi Theta Kappa. She loved politics and spending time with her grandchildren and had a great sense of humor.

Survivors include her husband, Maurice Reidelberger of DuQuoin, IL; one daughter, Angela Reidelberger-Brown (Steve Cook) of DuQuoin, IL; two sons, Tony (Jaqueline) Reidelberger of St. Louis, MO and Tom (Cathy) Henson of DuQuoin, IL; four brothers, Fred (Harriet) Taylor of Sesser, IL, Jack (Linda) Taylor of DuQuoin, IL, Joe (Betty) Taylor of DuQuoin, IL and William (Linda) Henson of Marissa, IL; three sisters, Cathy Porter of DuQuoin, IL, Vickie Taylor of Elkville, IL and Tina (Ray) Newton of Gillette, WY; a sister-in-law, Teddy Taylor of DuQuoin, IL; special friends, Chino and Susanna Sanchez; and her beloved grandchildren, Sarah Lynn Brown and Jacob Matthew Brown, both of DuQuoin, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Newell Henson; two brothers, Paul Everett Taylor and Richard Taylor; and one sister, Deborah Taylor.

Funeral services will be held at Gospel Asembly Church, DuQuoin, IL on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. with Reverend Gaylen Holden officiating. Interment will be at Old DuQuoin Cemetery, DuQuoin, IL.

Friends may call at Gospel Assembly Church, DuQuoin, IL on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the family for Dianna’s grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob.
