Billy Lee Howe, age 93, of Indianapolis, IN formerly of Casey, IL passed away at 3:02 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Bridgewater Healthcare, Carmel, IN. He was born March 8, 1925 in Casey, IL the son of Bruce L. Howe and Ruth Ann Mauk Howe. On October 13, 1951 he married Laurel L. Bline in Indianapolis, IN. She passed away on May 15, 1999.
He is survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and devoted friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brothers, Bernard Howe and Boyd (Ernie) Howe.
Billy retired in 2000 after working 47 years as a repairman for MacAllister Machinery and Caterpillar Dealership in Indianapolis, IN.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Markwell Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Southard officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Street Cemetery, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 12 (noon) to 2 p.m. prior to the service at Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL.
