The obituary says a private funeral service will be held, so guess I won't be seeing you all. It has been a pleasure serving Ms.Anne and I am certainly going to miss seeing her again, and interacting with her dinning room residents, and most of all I will miss her absolutely hilarious laugh when she
"cackled", and the way she laughed at my silly animal imitations. I could get her to eat 100% of her meal if I used
applesauce on the front of the spoon!

Anna “Annie” Green, age 86, formerly of Coulterville, IL passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 10:30 p.m. in Heartland Care and Rehabilitation Center, Cape Girardeau, MO.Annie was born on January 22, 1932 in Waterloo, IL a daughter of Clarence W. and Anna M. (Frank) Bussen. She married Arthur John Heiken on September 14, 1947. She later married Delbert Lee Green on February 14, 1981 in Coulterville, IL and he preceded her in death on January 8, 1998. Annie retired after working in housekeeping for Randolph County Nursing Home in Sparta, IL. She was of the Baptist faith and loved her pets. She also enjoyed crocheting and collecting things.Survivors include three sons, Arthur Lee Heiken of Bel Air, MD, Charles Wesley (Bonnie) Heiken of Douglas, GA and L. David Heiken of New Minden, IL; two daughters, Patricia (Daniel) Dickerson of Jackson, MO and Bernice Hargis of Jackson, MO; six grandchildren, Dawn Hobbs, Kacie Heiken-Ploen, Christopher Heiken, Becky Heiken, Brandon Hulsey and T.J. Turnbo; nine great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren, with one on the way.She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; two sisters, Frieda Doerr and Helen Finter; one brother in infancy, Clarence Bussen; and one grandson, William Michael Colegate.
Private funeral services will be held.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville, IL has been entrusted with arrangements.
