Jennifer Yvonne's Obituary

Jennifer Yvonne Briggs, age 74, of Casey, IL passed away at 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Heartland Nursing Center, Casey, IL.  She was born February 16, 1944 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England, the daughter of Verdun Gerald Collinson and Evelyn Dale Collinson.   On May 27, 1961 she married Warren Gale Briggs in Rapid City, SD.  He passed away on January 6, 2018.

Survivors include son, Wayne Briggs (Jessie Downey) of Terre Haute, IN; daughter, Debby Hutton (David) of Casey, IL; son, Todd Briggs of Casey, IL; sisters, Cynthia Bocsi (Mick) of Ipswich, Suffolk, England and Linda Perry (Keith) of Queensland, Australia; ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and her toy poodle Bella, who was always with her.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Private family funeral services will be conducted.  Burial will follow in the Butternut Cemetery, rural Martinsville, IL.
