Linda J. Huggins, age 80, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018 in Springfield, MO.
Linda J. Huggins was born on July 06, 1938 in Pinckneyville, IL, a daughter to Clarence and Clementine Preston. In 1955 she married James Huggins of DuQuoin, IL. She was a homemaker, enjoyed her home and decorating her home. Linda enjoyed her grandchildren, great- grandchildren, being around friends, going to church and Sunday school class very much.
Survivors include her two daughters, Dorice (Andy) Gualdoni of Johnston City, Il and Cathy Kim (James) Miller of Nixa, MO; grandsons, Luca and Nicolai, Josh Miller, Chris (Sally) Miller; and a grand-granddaughter, Ollie; Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother, Gene Preston of Sparta, IL.
Funeral services will be at North Nixa Baptist Church, Nixa, MO, on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.
Visitation will be held at North Nixa Baptist Church, Nixa, MO, on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Graveside service will be at Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL, on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
