Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolensces, I just found out he passed away. He was a kind and caring person

Dear Esther, I was shocked and saddened to learn of your husband's passing. I'm at a lost for words, which for me is almost impossible, but I feel so bad for you and your daughter I just can't seem to come up with the right thing to say and how mere words will help. You are a dear friend and I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts until we can meet to talk. Love, Marian the Librarian

Esther and Abby I am so sorry this has happened it is hard to believe. I will miss all his sarcatic but humorous remarks. And all the knowledge he always gave! He was a talented and smart and funny! I will miss you dear cousin! May you rest in peace and look upon your family from above!

Esther, my heart hurts for you and Abby. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Know that I am thinking of you in this most difficult time.

Esther, Abby , Robyn and everyone who loved Mike - he was simply the best - loving, kind, smart, funny and good. I am broken-hearted over his loss. Paul and I are grateful to have reconnected with Mike but the world is so much sadder without him. Mercy on his loving soul and blessings to his family!

Esther, I'm so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to you and your daughter.

MIKE YOU ARE A SPECIAL GUY, KNEW YOU WHEN YOU GREW UP IN OUR OLD NEIGHBORHOOL. HAVE ALWAYS TREASURED YOU AS A FRIEND. GOD BLESS YOU, ESTHER, AND ABBY.

Mike, Esther and Friends at Spamalot @ The Muny.

Mike and I were close friends for around 50 years. It is hard to believe that he has shuffled off this mortal coil. In retrospect, over the past half century of our friendship, I don't believe that I heard him speak badly about another person nor did he ever waver from his inherent optimism. The world is a lesser place today without him in it.

We never know the curves life throws out way. Pain sometimes fade but memories never do. Thank God that you and Mike gave Abby a loving home. She will be your inspiration through these times.
