I am so sorry for your loss. Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

I tagged along with other friends of Pat's, and we hit it off first time together. great person, just picked up where we left off, I'll always remember her kindness. Cyndy, Well done good and faithful servant.

Our Class of Aug. 8, 1998, Logan College of Chiropractic, express our Deepest Condolences to the Family. We have been sharing stories of our time in school since we heard of her passing. She was always so kind and genuine to everyone she met. She will always be remembered fondly.

It is with great sadness that this news of Patricia's passing reaches us all, may the dear lord be with her in heaven as he has been on earth!

I'm so sad to learn of your loss. Sweet Patty has struggled for so long. I look at the old photos of the group that she and Chuck were in and think what a cute gal with such a cute personality. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Patty was always a quiet, sweet Woman. Her humor was always contagious with laughter. She was lucky to have had her sister, Cyndy, to always watch over her.

Patricia Gail "Patty"'s Obituary

Patricia Gail “Patty” Hickox, age 64, of Casey, IL passed away at 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Casey Health Care Center, Casey, IL.  She was born June 2, 1954 in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of Fred Eugene Hickox and Frances Louise Barthelemy Hickox.

Survivors include her mother, Frances Hickox of Casey, IL; sister, Cyndy Hickox of Casey, IL; brothers, Larry Hickox and wife Cindy of Ft. Myers, FL and David Hickox of New York City, NY; many nephews and nieces and her beloved dog, Skeezies.  She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Robert Hickox.

Patty was a 1972 graduate of Casey High School.  She then graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, MO.  She was a self-employed chiropractor in Vincennes, IN.  Patty was a member of the Casey First Christian Church.  She loved music and had a wonderful sense of humor. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Markwell Funeral Home with Pastor Jacqueline Morgan officiating.  Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service on Friday at Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL. Burial will be at a later date in Casey Cumberland Cemetery, Casey, IL.

Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Illinois Chapter, 207 S. Prospect Rd., Suite 1, Bloomington, IL 61704.
