Not sure what to say?

Played with Marvin in the sixties with Ray and the Shades. We were best friends for years, but kinda drifted apart over the years. He is special in my memories. We had some great times together.

Prayers of comfort to the family. Cherish the times at Lindale church of God. He truly had a love for music and to share his talents. It breaks my heart, but know he made completely healed. We have that hope knowing, he's not suffering anymore.

I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Although I didnt know him very well, I knew him through my Dad, Bobby Westbrooks. He and my Dad played in a band called the Rock a Tones and the Majestics. My Dad has told stories down through the years about how close he and Marvin were as friends. Im glad that one day my Dad will get to see his old friend again in Heaven.

I loved our times playing in a rock band with you

Great friend and brother in the Lord.

My family and I always cherished moments with Marvin. He was sincere and passionate about playing music for God. He loved us like we were his own. We are gonna miss him and his anointed talent of making those ivory keys sound so beautiful. His smile was always so contagious.

He truly was a man of god, faithful servant, sorry for your loss

Loved Marvin we spent many happy hours on the water fishing , will meet again beside Jordan River .

Tracey,

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad, and I pray that God surrounds you with peace and comfort during this time. You and your family are in my heart and prayers daily.
