I don't have words to say how sorry I am. She was such a sweet, caring lady. She called me the night that my dad went into Heartland Manor to find out how she could make my dad more comfortable. Told me a story of how she first meant my dad and how special he had always been to her ever since. "He had a heart of gold" she told me. Brought tears to my eyes. I regret not telling her that I felt the same way about her after that phone call........I'll miss you Brenda.....
