Gordan, my prayers and sympathy go out to you and all of your family and friends. I don't know if you remember me but we went all through school together in Martinsville up to Jr. High before my family moved to Casey. Ate many times at your restaurant in Robinson the food was always great.

I remember working at Casey IGA in Casey, Il. with Bernice. I was a checker and of course she worked in the deli. She had an excellent idea of a cookstove she would loved to design to make cooking on top with burners in different places. Her relationship with Jesus was real and working with her made it a joy to share conversations. Blessings encouragement love and prayers to family and friends

I remember so many special times as we were growing up. I was the little kid cousin while Bern and my older sisters had their teenage friends. I will never forget the fun times sneaking to listen to her and my older sister talking about boyfriends. I loved her from my youth, and I am so glad fir her recent call to me even though she thought she was calling Janet.
