Sylvia was the best neighbor to have I could still hear calling my name out her kitchen window when we were kids. Janet your mother was one of a kind. Im so sorry for your loss she was a wonderful neighbor and friend.

Will miss looking out my kitchen window and seeing her at the sink....
We would always start our phone conversations with, "It's the lady next door."
We were next door to each other for 30 years.
My heart goes out to the family - of which I counted myself one. We were all blessed to know her.

I am so very sorry for Sylvia's family. She was one of my favorite customers that came into Stop & Shop and my heart is broken that she won't be sitting on the bench, chatting with me anymore. She was such a beautiful person and always had me laughing.
