Ruthe Hyske Obituary
Ruthe was married to Norbert Marvin Hyske on September 25, 1949. A longtime member of Temple Baptist Church in Lodi and the Lodi Garden Club. She worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Chris Keszler in Lodi. Ruthe also enjoyed serving as the Activity's Director at Fairmont Convalescent Hospital in the 1980's, and being a housewife, golfing and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband Norbert Hyske on February 26, 2007, a son Charles Hyske in 1990, and six siblings.
She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Barbara and Edward Cook of Gold River, CA; granddaughter, Megan Munoz of Portland, OR; grandson and his wife, Rico and Julia of Los Angeles; two sisters, Elizabeth Mietz of Fresno and Mary Jean Pirtle of Lodi.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 17th, at 10:00 a.m. in the Garden of Gospels at Cherokee Memorial Park, Hwy 99 and Harney Lane, Lodi. Followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. in Temple Baptist Church, Pastor Perry Kallis officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Temple Baptist Church, 801 S. Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi, CA 95242.

Mr. and Mrs. Hyske were my neighbors while growing up on Windsor Drive. My memories include neighborhood runs/bike rides together, always-manicured yards, their wire-haired terrier, Pierre, and most meaningful their heartfelt words at the loss of my parents. They rest in peace together now in the presence of the Lord. May this knowledge give you peace as you mourn their loss.
