Bessie Savoley Obituary

Bessie Savoley of Hudson, NH, formerly of Dracut Merrimack, NH Bessie "Bess" (Vloras) Savoley of Hudson, NH, but a resident of Dracut for many years, died Monday morning at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Savoley. Born in Lowell, the daughter of the late Constantine and the late Evangeline (Liabatas) Vloras, she was a longtime member of the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church. Mrs. Savoley attended Lowell Schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School and the Bradford Business School. She is survived by two daughters Donna McDonagh and her husband Brian of Hudson, NH and Diane Henderson and her husband Alan also of Hudson, NH; a granddaughter Laura Henderson and a grandson Ryan McDonagh; two sisters Mary Massahos of Manchester, NH and Julie Saggiotes and her husband James of Concord, NH; a brother William Vloras of Lowell and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Helen Azimopoulos. At her request, there are no calling hours and funeral services will be private. Kindly make contributions in her memory to the Care Center at Lowell General Hospital, 295 Varnum Ave. Lowell, MA 01854 or to the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, Fr. Donna and Diane, Our DEEPEST Sympathy in the GREAT loss of your Dear Mom. She was a great lady and will be missed by many. I only wish that we all lived closer to be near you at this difficult time. May the many happy memories of your mom, help you through the days and months ahead. May she rest at peace.
