I am so sorry to read of Cecile's
passing; she was a very sweet
lady with a lovely smile. We sang
together with Normand Ayotte for
many years. She was so devoted to her husband Wilmer; I can't remember now what it was, but she had a special jewelry item in his memory she always wore.

Cecile was such a lovely women and it was always my pleasure to assist her when she came to the Human Relations Office. We will miss seeing her and extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends.
Sincerely,
