Roberta Armiger Obituary

Roberta L. (Hartigan) Armiger formerly of Lowell; 57 SAN PEDRO, CA Roberta L. (Hartigan) Armiger, 57, died unexpectedly in California on May 13, 2008. She was the beloved daughter of Pauline (Maher) Whittaker of Lighthouse Point, Fla., and the late Stephen F. Hartigan. Roberta went to Lowell High School and graduated with the class of 1968. Roberta is survived by sisters, Mrs. Jennifer (James) Clemons of Waynesville, NC, Leslie Hartigan of Hallandale, Fla., Mrs. Susan (John) Lee of Lowell, and Mrs. Lisa (Joseph) Fox of Hollywood, Fla.; as well as brothers, Stephen J. (Wanda) Hartigan of Tyngsboro, Gregory J. (Diane) Hartigan of Gloucester, and Thomas Hartigan of Lowell. Roberta loved her 13 surviving nieces and nephews including God-children, Lindsay Converse of Groton, Conn., and Natalie Foxof Hollywood, Fla; and her 11 great- nieces and nephews. Roberta leaves a great and specialfriend, John Sirianni of California. In addition to her father, Roberta was predeceased by her husband, Alan Armiger, sister, Paula J. Converse, and a nephew, Peter Scaplen. ARMIGER Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Funeral Mass which will be held at St. Margaret's Church, 374 Stevens St., Lowell on Saturday, July 12th, 2008 at 9:30 a.m.
