Robert Vivier Obituary

Robert P. Vivier lifelong Lowell resident, Army vet; 78 LOWELL Robert (Bruno) Vivier, died in his home, on July 8th 2008, after a two year fight with cancer. He was a lifelong resident of Lowell, and a graduate of St. Joseph's School. He worked as a security guard at St. Joseph's Hospital for over 20 years. He was an avid bowhunter and fisherman. He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Theresa (Masson) Vivier; his son, Roger Vivier; and his daughter, Victoria Tynan; and three brothers, Leo Vivier, Maurice Vivier, and William Vivier. Also his brother-in-law, Roger Masson; and his sistes-in-law, Irene Vivier, Alma Vivier, Doris Pike, Aurore Proulx, Florence Allard, Juliette Moore, Laurette Gavlik, and Anna Masson. He had 6 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and many, many friends. Bob was always ready with a funny story or a great joke, so don't cry for him, smile, he would have wanted it that way. VIVIER He is being cremated and there will be no wake, but there will be a Funeral Mass at 9 A.M, on Wednesday, July 16th, 2008 at St. Marguerite D'Youville Church, 1340 Lakeview Avenue in Dracut.

Uncle Bob will be missed but will always be in my heart.As a little girl
I was always around him and Father Maurice. They taught me all I know about shooting a bow. He even made me rubber head arrows to shoot was never allowed the real arrows.Thank You for all the MEMORIES...
