Ruth Finnegan Obituary

Ruth E. Finnegan of Manchester, formerly of Billerica; 82 MANCHESTER, NH Ruth E. Finnegan, age 82, wife of the late Alfred D. Bennett and Joseph Finnegan, died Friday, at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown, NH. She was born in Arlington, daughter of the late Thomas E. Mansfield and Elizabeth (Watt) Mansfield. She lived in Lexington and Billerica before moving to Manchester, NH. Mrs. Finnegan was a member of the Billerica Irish American Club, and the Billerica Emblem Club. Mrs. Finnegan is survived by her 3 daughters, Diane Beaubien of Chelmsford, Deborah Dollar of Leominster, and Donna Bennett Johnson of Goffstown, NH; her brother, William Mansfield of FL; and is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. FINNEGAN Of Manchester, formerly of Lexington and Billerica, Ruth E. (Mansfield) (Bennett) Finnegan wife of the late Alfred D. Bennett and Joseph Finnegan. Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, Billerica with a time to be announced in Sunday's edition or by calling the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. Funeral Directors W.J. and Dean M. Laurendeau.

To all of Ruthie's Family;
I just heard of your sad news. I will always remember her playing bingo on Thursday's at the Elks as I called the numbers. I will also remember her & Joe dancing up a storm at Elks functions. I am glad they are now together for that is how everyone thinks of them.
