Pansy Patricia Garabedian

Pansy Patricia Garabedian former Lowell beauty salon owner; 81 LOWELL Pansy Patricia Garabedian, 81, a lifelong resident of Lowell, died Friday, July 25, 2008, at Radius Northwood Health Care Center, after a brief illness. She was a daughter of the late Fred M. and the late Nurisyia (Moushegian) Garabedian. Born December 9, 1926, in Lowell, she was educated in the local schools, graduating from Lowell High School, Class of 1944. She was a communicant of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Church in Chelmsford. Patricia also enjoyed playing Bingo in her earlier years, and playing the lottery. She was an avid Red Sox fan, and also enjoyed shopping. She owned and operated Hye-Fashion Beauty Salon on East Merrimack Street for 45 years before she retired. She is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Torigian of Cranston, Rhode Island, and Violet George and her husband, Harry, of Waterbury, CT; a brother, Frederick G. Garabedian and Rhea of Boca Raton, FL; a sister-in-law, Dolores Garabedian of Dracut; her close friend, Rose Krikorian of Lowell. She also leaves behind her beloved nephew, David Garabedian, and many nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews, whom she loved very much. She was also the sister of the late Garabed Garabedian, and the sister-in-law of the late Arsene Torigan. GARABEDIAN YOU ARE INVITED TO HER CALLING HOURS 4 UNTIL 8 P.M. ON TUESDAY.
