Mary E. Drummond

Mary E. Drummond formerly of Fitchburg and Shirley; 85 Leominster Mrs. Mary E. (Pearson) Drummond, 85, formerly of Fitchburg and Shirley died Sunday at Keystone Nursing Center in Leominster. Born and raised in Chester, England, Mrs. Drummond moved to Fitchburg after World War II. Mrs. Drummond is the retired employee of Godroy's Wholesale Company and Bay State Curtain. Widow of the late John Drummond Mrs. Drummond is survived by one son, John Drummond and his wife Virginia of Westminster; two daughters, Nancy and her husband David Cotnoir of Methuen and Kathrine and her husband Richard Gilbert of Fitchburg; one sister Elsie and her husband Albert Paddy; four brothers, William Pearson and his wife Gladys, Jack Pearson and his wife Shiela, Alec Pearson and His wife Barbara, and David Pearson, all of England. There are 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. DRUMMOND A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Camillus Church on Wednesday at 11:00 am, burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg.
