Madeline 'Maddy' Harrington taught at Presentation of Mary Academy; 71 HUDSON, NH Madeline "Maddy" (Osman) Harrington, 71, lost her brave battle with cancer on Monday, Aug. 4, 2008, at Greenbriar Terrace Health Care Facility in Nashua. She was born June 10, 1937, in Lowell, MA, daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Atchison) Osman. She was also predeceased by 3 brothers and a sister. She was the wife of John P. Harrington of Hudson. Recently, Maddy fondly recalled how much she enjoyed her many years teaching kindergarten with Sister Bernadette at PMA and working with her customers at Scottie Industries, both located in Hudson. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and socializing. Above all, Maddy loved her family, in particular her three grandchildren, Alex and Emma Carbone and Anya Kurinskas. Other family members include two daughters, Colleen Harrington and her husband, Scott Kurinskas of Calif., Cathy and Rob Carbone of Merrimack, NH; a sister; Esther Osman of Nashua; as well as many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends and will be remembered for her sense of humor, generosity, and strength. HARRINGTON Visiting Hours will be held on Mon. Aug. 11th from 2-6 p.m. in the DUMONT-SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 50 FERRY ST., IN HUDSON. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wed. Aug. 13th at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, 29 Spring St. in Nashua.
