On behalf of the Baxter’s, our condolences to the family.
Bill was a good next door neighbor. We shared a common interest in antique cars and we got to know each other one cruse night, Bill in his blue Vette and me in the Buick GS. I wish we had the opportunity to do that more often. From all accounts I can see his was a life well lived.
With deepest sympathy,

I knew Bill as a work colleague though not well as he worked out of Cisco's Boxborough office and I'm out of San Jose. But I knew him to be a kind man, respectful of others with a great sense of humor. I extend my sympathies and blessings to his family and friends. Peace be with you all.
