Mildred 'Betty' Elliott lifelong Billerica resident, avid artist; 83 BILLERICA Mildred "Betty" (Tuttle) Elliott, age 83, died Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at home in Billerica, from cancer and Alzheimer's Disease. She was the beloved wife of Harold K. Elliott, Jr. Born in Boston, July 9, 1925, the daughter of the late Albert E. and Mildred G. (Kirkegaard) Tuttle. She was a resident of Billerica her entire life. She attended Radcliffe College and graduated with honors from the Vesper George School of Art. She was a member of the Chelmsford Arts Society and was known for her portraits, landscapes, posters, and fashion art. She was also an astrologer who calculated her charts on pen and paper, the old fashioned way. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Elsa A. Elliott and son-in-law, Michael F. Booth of Billerica; her two sisters, Elsa T. Damon of Sequim, WA, and Mary Klein of Albuquerque, NM; her siblings-in-law, George and Susan Elliott of Portsmouth, NH, and Helen (Elliott) Price of Aurora, CO; and many nieces and nephews.
