George J. Mandeville, Jr. of Londonderry, NH, 71 Londonderry, NH George J. Mandeville, Jr., 71, of Londonderry, NH died Monday September 15, 2008 in the Southern NH Medical Center, Nashua, NH. Mr. Mandeville was born in Salem, MA on May 5, 1937 a son of the late George J. and M. Juliette (Banville) Mandeville, Sr. He was a 1955 graduate of Salem Classical and High School and then served with the US Navy from 1956 to 1960. He went on to earn his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. He was employed for EG & G, Inc. in Bedford and Salem, MA where he worked for 30 years. He spent the next 10 years employed with Flash Technology in Nashua. For the past five years he has owned and operated SAL Technology in Nashua. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Hudson. In addition, he was a longtime coach and past president of the Lowell Youth Hockey Association. He is survived by his wife, Meredith M. (Yee) Mandeville of Londonderry, two sons, Steven G. Mandeville of Lowell, Scott A. Mandeville and his wife Bonnie of Lowell, his stepson, David J. Rollins of Derry, NH, his stepdaughter, Amy R. Quimpo and her husband Fred of Londonderry, 18 grandchildren, his sister, Patricia J. Alex and her husband Alexis of Grand Blanc, MI, also several nephews and one niece. MANDEVILLE Calling hours will be held Thursday September 18, 2008 from 4 - 8 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 am in the First Baptist Church, 236 Central St., Hudson with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, 236 Central St., Hudson, NH 03051.
