Doris J. Pesata

Doris J. Pesata formerly of Lowell; 77 N. Andover Doris J. (Rupp) Pesata, 77, of North Andover and formerly of Lowell, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at the Prescott House in North Andover. Doris was born in Lowell to the late Otto and Blanche (Kazmirski) Rupp. In her earlier years, Doris worked in Washington, D.C. and Boston for the U.S. Department of the Navy and later helped run her husband's plumbing business. An avid reader, Doris also enjoyed crossword puzzles, needlepoint, crocheting and stamp collecting. However, her greatest passion was spending time with her family. Doris is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years Mr. Karel P. Pesata of North Andover and her daughters Laura E. Parcell and her husband Philip J., Sr. of Nashua, NH. and Carla J. Garlotta and her husband Donald V. of North Andover and her grandchildren Philip, Jr. and Tiffany. Doris was predeceased by her brother Richard F. Rupp. PESATA Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend her Funeral Service on Friday September 26th at 10 AM in the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover, Ma. 01845. Interment will follow in Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover. Calling Hours will be on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
