When I was younger, Nana taught me many things like how to bake, dry her dishes, and how to knit and sew. I always loved sleeping over her house. The mornings after sleeping over, we'd walk to the package store and she'd buy me candy ciggarettes so I could pretend I was smoking just like her. Nana really watched me grow from a baby to an adult. I've gotten especially close with her the past year and a half after my Papa passed away. I would go to her assisted living place all the time and I'd take her to the mall, the pet store, out to eat, to Dunkins and Mickey D's...she really liked to go anywhere with me. She always needed her 2 jelly donoughts (1 for her and 1 for her dog haha) and her happy meal toys! She always made me laugh and her warm hugs are unforgettable. I was really blessed to have her in my life...we all were. She'll always be in my heart and I just pray that she'll watch down on me from heaven and be my guardian angel, just like she was here on earth...<3

I would like to give my condolences to the entire family. Although I knew Nana a short while, she was a kind woman who could always put a smile on my face. I will really miss hearing about her talks with Kat and I will never forget her. Again I am sorry for your loss.

I wish to express my sympathy to the family and especially to her grandaughter Kat, who I was lucky enough to have as a student. I know how close you were to your Nana.

To the family of Pauline (Oleson) Hubert---our sincerest sympathy on the loss of your mother. I (known as Alice) was a chum of hers growing up & lived behind her on Fairview St. WE were good friends but lost touch in our later years. I have fond memories of her.
