Bessie Kimball Obituary

Bessie Beatrice Kimball of Pepperell Pepperell Bessie Beatrice Kimball, of Pepperell, died on November 2, 2008 from breast cancer at Apple Valley Nursing Home in Ayer, Ma. She was the beloved wife of Charles Kimball with whom she had recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. Bessie was born in Westboro, Ma, on December 26, 1921. She was the daughter of Charles W. and Emma (Bowley) Boyce. Bessie graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1939. She was foremost a mother and homemaker, but also served as the recreation director at Park Manor Nursing Home in Pepperell, and owner and bookkeeper of Kimball's Sunoco in Pepperell. Bessie is survived by sons Lewis Kimball and his wife Bonnie, Richard Kimball and his wife Debbie, John Kimball, Larry Kimball and his wife Denise, all of Pepperell; daughter Audrey Kimball of Dunstable; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Bessie is predeceased by siblings Charles Keyes, Lillian Barrett, Clifton Boyce, Esther Smith, Ida Tule, and Evelyn Ametta.
